A dynamic healthcare group managing multiple skilled nursing facilities across Texas is on the hunt for an experienced Reimbursement Nurse to own the MDS and Medicare/Medicaid processes across several sites.
A dynamic healthcare group managing multiple skilled nursing facilities across Texas is on the hunt for an experienced Reimbursement Nurse to own the MDS and Medicare/Medicaid processes across several sites.
What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to reimbursement expert across multiple SNFs
- Conduct MDS assessments & ensure optimal, compliant reimbursement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality care
- Travel between facilities to train, audit, and guide local staff
- Elevate reimbursement strategy—your voice matters here
- Manage ADR's, PDPM, and work closely with Clinical, Therapy, and Operations superheroes
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Knows MDS 3.0 like the back of their hand
- Has a Texas RN license (or compact state)
- Brings multi-facility or regional experience (preferred)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
- Can travel within Texas (and enjoys hitting the road )
