A company is looking for an Associate Director, Consumer Omnichannel, Sleep Franchise.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of the consumer engagement blueprint and optimize spending along the treatment journey for narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia

Oversee media planning, measurement processes, and collaborate with consumer marketers to identify necessary creative assets

Manage CRM strategy, tactical plans, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline; MBA is desirable

7+ years of US pharmaceutical experience with strong commercial and deep omnichannel expertise

Demonstrated success in consumer strategy and activating patients in rare diseases, preferably in sleep medicine

Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven cross-functional leadership capabilities

Pharmaceutical career progression showing growth in responsibility, particularly in commercial roles
