Business Development Manager – Security Integration
Full-Time | Remote Mid Atlantic
What You Get to Do :
- Build and manage relationships with commercial and enterprise-level clients across the region
- Represent a specialized team focused on complex, integrated security and door-opening solutions
- Open doors with facilities management and real estate leadership to position us as the security integrator of choice
- Book meetings, close contracts, and develop long-term partnerships that drive results
- Travel for in-person meetings, site visits, trade shows, and partner events
- Collaborate directly with company leadership to influence go-to-market strategy and messaging
- Own your outreach, pipeline, and follow-up using a CRM — your results shape our growth
What You've Already Done :
Sold security integration services or related technology to commercial and enterprise-level clientsBuilt your own book of business using a mix of cold calls, relationships, and LinkedIn outreachManaged your own tasks, pipeline, and follow-ups without needing remindersMaintained consistent communication and follow-through with clients and internal teamsWhy You Would Do It :
