Key Responsibilities
Ensure client retention and loyalty by providing excellent client service through proactive contact and prompt responses
Oversee the accurate maintenance of client records and compliance with legal requirements
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and correct handling of reporting and financial transactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required, or equivalent 5+ years' experience
1-2 years' experience in financial services, philanthropic industry, or trust administration preferred
Strong business ethics and personal integrity
Flexibility and agility to shift priorities and contribute to team goals
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
