Requirements :

• Dishwashing : Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware using dishwashing machine / 3-compartment sink.
• Sanitation : Adhere to all health and food safety standards; maintain cleanliness of dish pit and surrounding areas.
• Teamwork : Work effectively with kitchen staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Physicality : Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
