Hourly : $16 / hour + flat-rate commission

Contractor : Uncapped commission of 30-60%

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare individual tax returns accurately and efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with their tax needs.

Educate clients on their returns and answer any related questions.

Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications :
