Job Summary
Our organization is seeking a skilled Outpatient Supervisor to lead our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership : Provide clinical leadership to nursing and technician staff, promote a positive work environment, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
Staff Supervision : Supervise employees, select, terminate, train, educate, correct deficiencies, perform appraisals, issue discipline, counsel, schedule work assignments, and encourage staff teamwork and growth initiatives.
Patient Care : Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
Requirements :
Education : Nationally accredited nursing graduate with a program graduate degree.
Experience : 2 years of directly related experience.
Credentials : RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM, CPR for Healthcare / BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers within 30 days.
Working Conditions :
Heavy Work : Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and / or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people.
