Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk support by greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling phone inquiries.
- Utilize Aprima (EHR system) for scheduling, patient intake, and communication.
- Support billing processes, including claim review, posting payments, and sending delinquency notices.
- Assist with office organization, workflow improvements, and system optimization.
- Serve as a primary contact for insurance companies regarding patient eligibility, claims, and payment inquiries
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative role.Familiarity with Aprima or similar medical software preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience supporting billing or payment processes strongly preferred.If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive and faith-based healthcare
