MACHINE OPERATOR

• Temp to hire position in 90 days (meeting hiring criteria)
• $19.50 per hour to start - depending on experience

Responsibilities :

Operate and monitor production machinery according to training and safety guidelines.

Set up and operate respooling machinery to transfer materials onto new reels.

Inspect products during the respooling process to ensure quality standards are met.

Accurately measure and secure products onto new spools as specified by work orders.

Package and label finished goods accurately and securely.

Be open to learning and putting your best foot forward alongside a positive and supportive team.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Follow written and verbal work instructions.

Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Working hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Skills :

Good attention to detail and work ethic

Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Previous manufacturing, assembly, inspection or machine operating experience desired

Must be reliable and consistent with attendance

Interest in building a long-term career

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Willing to follow safety rules and production guidelines
