About The Position

Location : Plymouth, IN

Practice Setting : Outpatient Hematology / Oncology

Rate : $520 / hr

Schedule : Monday–Friday | No weekends, No call

Shift : Mon – Fri | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Start Date : March 2026

Contract Length : March 2026 – March 2027 (Locum-to-Perm)

Position Details

Patient Population : Adults & Geriatrics

Practice Mix : Hematology 50% | Oncology 50% | IM 0%

Average Outpatient Volume : ~30 patients / day

Hospital / Call Volume : None

Clinical Area : Oncology – Outpatient only

EMR : EPIC

Credentialing Timeframe :

With active Indiana license : ~60 days

Without Indiana license : ~90 days

Job Requirements

Required Clinical Procedures

Management of VAD / CV catheters

Bone marrow biopsy

Required Duties

Participation in Tumor Board

Management of bone marrow transplants

Ordering tests & imaging

Blood bank coordination

Prescribing responsibilities

Administration of chemotherapy (physician or nurse oncologist)

Submission Requirements

Board Certified – REQUIRED

Active Indiana Medical License – REQUIRED

BLS Certification – REQUIRED
