Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Trial Attorney with an extensive background in Insurance Defense to join our team.

The ideal candidate will lead as first chair in complex trials, manage high-stakes cases from inception to resolution, and provide strategic guidance to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities :

Extensive first chair experience in high-stakes insurance defense trials.

Managing all aspects of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.

Providing strategic legal counsel to clients and maintaining strong client relationships.

Mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff.

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and successful approach to case resolution.

Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.

Extensive first chair trial experience with a demonstrated record of successful verdicts.

Expertise in handling complex cases, including catastrophic injury, construction defect, and coverage disputes.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
