Über uns

Wir, die HELFERLINE GmbH, sind ein innovatives Start-Up und suchen smarte Helferlein, die Privatpersonen bei alltäglichen Technikproblemen unterstützen können. Mit unserer HELFERLINE-App kannst du ganz einfach Aufträge abrufen und annehmen. Die Aufträge finden immer bei den Kunden zu Hause statt. Es handelt sich also nicht um Remote-Einsätze. Je nach Wohnort gibt es hier meist eine Anfahrtspauschale.

Aufgaben

Die Probleme sind in verschiedene Kategorien unterteilt : Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, Internet, Drucker, TV und SmartHome Bei einem ersten Gespräch mit uns werden wir gemeinsam entscheiden, welche Bereiche dir am besten liegen, damit du nur passende Aufträge angezeigt bekommst.

Voraussetzungen

Technisches Geschick im Umgang mit Consumer Devices; Du brauchst also KEIN technisches Studium, sondern musst Dich nur gut mit Computer, Handy und Co auskennen.
