Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. 5+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric collections. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard / data entry experience. Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision. Maintain a safe and professional work environment. Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing. Verify patient demographic information and ensure proper labeling. Maintain required records and documentation. Promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public. bility to adapt to change and work transparently with peers, supervisors, and patients. Strong communication. Organizational skills. High attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states).
Job Description :
