Job Description

The RN provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing a full range of nursing services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards.

Locations : We have needs in the following cities in Minnesota : Baxter, Richland, Detroit Lake, Winona, and Trimont.

Shift info :

• Baxter (Home Health) $45 / hr. - 8 Hrs. Days (GH - 40 hrs.) 8a – 4 : 30p. 12 weeks
• Richland $54.25 / hr. - 8 Hrs. Evenings (GH - 23.5 hrs.) 2p – 10 : 30p. 6 weeks
• Trimont $54.25 / hr. - 8 Hrs. Days (GH - 32 hrs.) 6a – 2 : 30p. 12weeks / 8 Hrs. Evenings (GH - 32 hrs.) 2 : 00p – 10 : 30p. 12weeks
• Detroit Lake $54.25 / hr. - 8 Hrs. Evenings (38.5 hrs.) 2p – 10 : 15p. 3 weeks. EOW / 8 Hrs. Overnight (40 hrs.) 10p – 06 : 15a. 3 weeks. every other weekend rotation
• Winona $51 / hr. - 8 Hrs. Evening (37.5 hrs.) 2 : 30p – 11 : 00p. 3 weeks. EOW Required
