KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Compensation and Performance Management Technology to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Partner Compensation and Performance Management technology and data strategy, aligned with the organization's overall goals
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR technology systems, for partner compensation and performance management
  • Lead a team of employees driving, business as usual activities and standup of new technologies to drive the future state of Partner Compensation and Performance Management
  • Manage the relationship with our Partner Compensation and Performance COE organization to understand their goals, update them on project status, and provide thought leadership in the technology space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs, ensuring that systems are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications :

  • Minimum six years of recent combined experience in information technology, process improvements and functional knowledge around compensation and performance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or six years of relevant work is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience managing individuals within a matrixed environment with multiple geographically dispersed stakeholders and decision makers; background managing large projects that have significant impact and influence to continuously improve processes and programs for the firm; ability to coordinate with leadership to translate business needs into effective IT strategies and solutions
  • Proven performers who is results-oriented, executes against multiple timelines while remaining client-focused to lead solution-driven initiatives and recruiting processes that add value, and are aligned against client priorities
  • Demonstrated strong program / project management skills, including proven project lifecycle management, client relationship management and vendor management skills
  • Strong understanding of KPMG and the industry with a strong client orientation and the ability to build relationships and trust within a broad range of leaders, teams and internal / external stakeholders; excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels

    California Salary Range : $107000 - $227000
