Job Description

Position : Occupational Medicine Physician

Type : Hospital Employed, Full-Time

Location : On Hospital Campus

Setting : 100% Outpatient

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday,
  • 4-day WW every other week
  • No call requirements

Team : Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Equipment and Services :

  • On-site lab and x-ray
  • Services include workers' compensation, drug and alcohol testing, physical exams, and vaccinations
  • Focus on prevention and partnerships with local employers to deliver convenient and cost-effective occupational health services

    • Certifications Required :

  • DOT (Department of Transportation)
  • MRO (Medical Review Officer)

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary plus Incentive Program
  • Starting Salary Range : $250,000 - $300,000, DOE
  • Signing Bonus : $50,000
  • PTO : 20 days per year
  • CME : 5 days plus $4,000
  • Insurance : Paid malpractice insurance, Health, Dental, Vision
  • Retirement : 401(k) plan
  • Relocation Assistance : $5,000 for individual, $10,000 for family
