A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst - Workforce Planning - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple Service Center management functions and monitor efficiency and quality of operations
Conduct arrival pattern forecasting and plan staffing needs to optimize schedules across various business lines
Develop performance reports and coach staff members to meet established standards
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training / relevant professional qualification
Working knowledge of execution and delivery skills
Understanding of business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
