Job Summary :
Are you passionate about fitness, love engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Camarillo Fitness is looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join us as Sales Associates . In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience._

Key Responsibilities :
- Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
- Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
- Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
- Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
- Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
- Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
