The Chef, reporting to the Director of Dining Services, plans, directs, creates, implements, manages, and evaluates culinary programs and services.

We seek a proven leader to serve as a Chef, responsible for the integrity of service delivery to meet regulatory, company and professional standards. Responsible to empower and challenge staff, recruit, train and retain the best people and provide resources and environment for people to be successful.

Under the direction of the Executive Chef / Director of Dining Services, the Chef Manager is responsible for seeing that nutritional needs of residents / patients are provided on the campus as allowed by the physician's current dietary orders. Responsible for supervising dining staff to maintain compliance with nutritional standards and regulations for survey agencies and in their daily activities. Performs a variety of managerial and Dining preparation duties as assigned by the Director.
