IT Product Manager

Pay : $120000 per year - $130000 per year

Summary : The Product Manager will serve as the strategic leader of the product function within American Food & Vending, responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of our portfolio of custom-built software products. This includes our Chowit mobile app, self-checkout system, kitchen production platform, and backend administration tools. This role will oversee the Product Owner and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products deliver business value, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

Responsibilities :

• Own the product vision and roadmap across all software platforms.
• Align product priorities with enterprise strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain and groom the product backlog.
• Oversee the planning, definition, and delivery of features that meet quality, usability, and timeline expectations.
• Establish key product metrics and use data to drive prioritization and success measurement.
• Lead cross-functional communication with IT Operations, Development, Operations, and Marketing.
• Support Product Owner in gathering stakeholder feedback and converting it into actionable requirements.
• Ensure readiness and effectiveness of product releases, collaborating on training, documentation, and rollout.
• Mentor and coach Product Owner to uphold consistency in agile practices and delivery quality.
• Act as a champion for user experience and continuous product improvement.
