Responsibilities :

  • Meeting sales goals measured daily / weekly / monthly
  • Hiring and training your team of beauty consultants
  • Ongoing team training
  • Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
  • Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
  • Maintaining a clean and organized salon
  • Cash handling, opening / closing business
  • Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Leadership / management experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

    • We reserve the right to complete a background check prior to hire, and eligibility for the position may be contingent upon the results.

    Compensation : $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
