A well-established partner animal hospital in Jensen Beach, Florida is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative, multi-doctor team. Key Responsibilities :

Deliver Comprehensive Care : Perform exams, diagnostics, surgery, and treatment for a variety of companion animals.

Client Education & Support : Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about treatment plans and wellness care.

Team Collaboration : Partner with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to uphold best practices and continuity of care.

Mentorship & Training : Support and mentor team members using the LevelUp clinical development program .

Diverse Caseload : See a mix of general practice, wellness, and surgical cases during clinic hours.

Qualifications :

DVM / VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or completion of ECFVG / PAVE ).

Valid Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain).

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Passion for building long-term client relationships and providing outstanding care.

Open to all levels of experience, including recent graduates.

Compensation & Benefits :

Sign-On Bonus available for qualified candidates.

Flexible Compensation : Salary or ProSal with no negative accrual .
