Manage daily office activities including phones, hospitality items, ordering supplies, greeting guests, and ensuring a professional environment.Provide customer service solutions to residents, families, and prospective residents; assist with tours when counselors are unavailable.Perform data entry and reporting tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ENQUIRE CRM software system.Enter new leads, track lead sources, and manage distribution of leads to the sales team.Assist in maintaining marketing materials, promotional packets, and application documents.Coordinate logistics for marketing and sales events, including scheduling, catering, entertainment, and space reservations.Support the Sales Team with appointment scheduling, marketing plan implementation, and weekly / monthly reporting.Track results from marketing campaigns, compile data, and prepare statistical reports.Learn and manage all aspects of the skilled nursing admissions process, including paperwork coordination, move-in procedures, and communication with families.Coordinate new resident move-ins, ensuring apartments are ready and residents are welcomed smoothly.Maintain organized files, confidentiality, and accurate data within the CRM system.Represent the organization professionally while greeting guests and supporting hospitality initiatives.Skills / Qualifications :
Experience in marketing coordination, office administration, or customer service preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn ENQUIRE CRM and other systems.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to plan and execute events efficiently with professionalism and creativity.Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to hospitality and teamwork.Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities.About Us : At Presbyterian Living, we are a distinguished non-profit senior living care organization with a legacy dating back to 1904.
