Construction Laborer

Job Duties

A General Construction Laborer position is available, with a focus on water and fire damage repair. This role involves assisting with various tasks across different construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting successful project completion.

Assist with site prep

Operate basic tools and machinery

Load, unload, and move materials as directed

Keep the worksite clean and safe

Follow supervisor's instructions

Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting

Work outdoors in all weather

Maintain strong work ethic and safety focus

Have reliable transportation

Pay close attention to detail

Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Be dependable and punctual

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training a plus

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Minimum age : 18

Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable with ladders and working at heights

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Capable of working independently or in a team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Background check required

Compensation $16.00 - $20.00 / Hourly
