Systems Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support end users with technology solutions that improve efficiency and business processes. This is a long-term contract role based in Jackson, MS with a hybrid schedule.
Details
Terms : Long-term contract (up to 32 hours per week, sometimes less), W2 only (no third party candidates please)
Location : Hybrid role based in Jackson, MS (onsite and remote mix).
Other : Background check and drug screen required.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with staff to understand technology needs and align them with available tools.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Develop workflows to improve the use of technology across teams.
- Conduct staff training on technology tools and software.
- Provide end-user assistance with Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and related applications.
