We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home wound care services across the Greater Lakewood area. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated NP to join a fast-growing healthcare organization focused on improving patient outcomes in a home-based setting.
The ideal candidate is licensed, dependable, and comfortable traveling throughout Ocean County. Prior wound care experience is a plus but not required-comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide wound care services in patients' homes
- Travel to patient visits within Ocean County
- Document visits and communicate with care teams
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications :
Location : Greater Lakewood Area (Ocean County, NJ)
Type : Full-time
Salary : $150,000-$170,000 / year
