Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience building and shipping consumer products, with an emphasis on UX design.
• Experience with digital product design and development.

We provide design and engineering guidance, building blocks, infrastructure, and tools to quickly and efficiently build first-party and third-party user experiences across all device platforms and form factors. We deliver new, innovative, and beautiful designs across Google, imagining the future of UX and work to deliver across multiple 1 Billion user apps, each with their own unique feature and infrastructure needs. The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
