Now Hiring : Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Location : Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Project : Long-term Commercial Data Center

Talent Corps is looking for experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join a high-profile Commercial Data Center Project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay, consistent hours, and great benefits.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Install conduit, wiring, and cable trays
  • Read blueprints / layouts to determine conduit paths, support locations, and clearances
  • Use laser levels or chalk lines to measure and mark accurate layouts
  • Install anchors and hangers
  • Drill and secure ATRs or use beam clamps depending on structure type
  • Mount and secure strut channels or cable trays using bolts or clamps

What You Need :

  • Valid Journeyman License (Iowa or a state with reciprocity)
  • 7+ years of experience in the electrical field
  • OSHA 10 or 30 (completed within the last 3 years)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willing to submit to a background check
  • Must have your own tools and PPE
