A company is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst (Client Service Analyst II) to support client needs and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Educate clients about industry systems and products while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for clients and manage service improvement initiatives
Analyze client changes, evaluate trends, and maintain accurate communication to foster strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years related experience
Experience in consulting with clients to meet business needs
Knowledge of IT service management tools, hardware, software, and systems
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop solutions
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent is preferred
