Responsibilities
Role details
As Director of Information Security youre committed to the positive retention and engagement of your team members. You recognize effective communication as a top priority. Youll stand by decisions in the interest of Community; the popular and the unpopular.
Develop and maintain a strategic risk-based information security program aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements (HIPAA HITECH HITRUST SOC 2 NIST).
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) co-managed threat monitoring team and all outsourced security services.
Lead deployment maintenance and integration of enterprise security technologies including : SIEM EDR / XDR DLP Proxy IAM ATD Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) platforms and Vulnerability Management Systems (VMS).
Lead the development review and communication of security policies standards and procedures.
