LHH is partnering with a retail organization that is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist for their team. This temporary to hire position is requiring someone who has at least two years of previous AP experience and strong problem-solving skills. Most of your responsibilities will be to research and reconcile the invoices that are missing information and then manage the vendors for resolution if needed. Professional communication skills are important since you will be coordinating with different teams and external customers. This position offers an early work schedule and free parking. Responsibilities :

• Research and reconcile invoices that are missing information to ensure accurate processing.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with them to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers regarding accounts payable issues.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve AP challenges efficiently.
• Assist with month-end close and process accounts payable reports.

Pay Details : $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
