What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire the QA team to deliver exceptional product and process quality through testing, auditing, and continuous improvement.
• Design, refine, and implement production and repair processes that increase efficiency and consistency across our operations.
• Maintain compliance with R2, ISO, and other global quality and environmental standards.
• Use data analytics, process metrics and ad hoc reports to spot trends, identify root causes, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Champion lean manufacturing and Six Sigma best practices that improve workflow and eliminate waste.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new business models, process innovations, and vendor collaborations.
• Develop clear SOPs, training, and documentation to sustain quality and operational excellence.
• Share insights and updates with leadership to inform continuous improvement strategies.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or logistics; direct QA leadership preferred.
• Experience driving process improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and certifications (R2, ISO, etc.).
• Experience implementing automation solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and passion for sustainability and innovation.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent visual inspection of products and use of computers and testing equipment.
• Ability to move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Regular movement, including standing, bending, and handling materials as needed.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 ("CA Pay Transparency Law"). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
