Behavioral Technician Job Duties

Provide personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services in various settings using individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.

Collect and document data throughout each session with thorough progress notes.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

Create engaging therapeutic environments to encourage client growth and skill acquisition.

Behavioral Technician Qualifications

Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; pursuit or possession of a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Willingness to obtain Adult and Child CPR / First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.

Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
