• 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation with clinic and OR coverage
• 18 - 25 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Access to robotics available but not required
• General urology practice focus on hematuria, prostate, and kidney stones
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
