A company is looking for a Developer Advocate to engage partners and merchant-site developers in the e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality technical content, including documentation, tutorials, and sample applications
Facilitate onboarding for new partners and developers, providing necessary resources and support
Establish a continuous feedback loop between the developer community and internal teams to inform product development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in partner / sales engineering, software engineering, product management, or developer advocacy
Proficiency in at least one programming language
Strong understanding of API design principles
Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations and training sessions
