HVAC Apprentice

Alber Service Company in Pennsauken, NJ is looking to hire an entry-level full-time HVAC Apprentice to assist our experienced HVAC Technicians while learning the trade. Are you mechanically-inclined? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC APPRENTICE

As an entry-level HVAC Apprentice, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Alber Service Company. You go out in the field with HVAC Technicians and help with the installation of heating, cooling, and water heating equipment, as well as residential air sealing and insulation. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly service equipment.

You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees. Some of your time is spent taking classes and continuing to expand your HVAC knowledge and skills. You are excited to be part of our apprenticeship program and can't wait to advance in this stable and well-paid career as an HVAC Technician!
