We are currently seeking a National Hiring Manager who will play a critical role in hiring new Sales Representatives nationwide. We need an experienced individual who will be able to conduct interviews and grow our sales teams.

Requirements :

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience
• 2+ years of recruiting and hiring experience
• Ability to screen candidates during the interview process to ensure they are a good fit
• Demonstrate knowledge of sales process
• Must live in Texas (remote / hybrid role)
