Empire Wingz Addis in Addis, LA is looking for one shift lead to join our team. We are located on 7743 La Highway 1 S Suite C. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

  • Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution

  • Motivate staff while working towards one goal

  • Outgoing and engaging personality
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
  • Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
