Behavioral Health Technician

Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals find top jobs with the nation's top schools. We’re partnering with a school district in Providence County, RI to hire dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role involves working 1 : 1 with a student at an elementary school, providing individualized behavioral support and skill-building interventions.

This position allows you to work closely with a student to implement treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a supportive learning environment.

Position Details :

• Location : In-person, elementary school
• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 35 - 40 hours / week
• School Year : 2025 / 2026
• Start Date : ASAP
