Engineering Manager

We have a client in Louisville KY that has an immediate need for an Engineering Manager to lead a mechanical team of engineers and designers in design, analysis and improvement of equipment.

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of mechanical engineers and designers
• Oversee engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Drive collaboration between engineering, field service, fabrication, and sales teams.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment failure analysis, component design, and system improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and operations.
• Travel to client sites and field operations is required (estimated 20–30%) to support project execution, team coordination, and customer engagement.
• BS Mechanical Engineering with 5 plus years of Leadership experience
• Proficient in SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD and FEA analysis software
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Heavy industrial experience is a Plus
