Job Description
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform account reconciliations; Assist with month-end and year-end close processes; Reconcile bank and other financial accounts; Support payroll processing and related journal entries; Prepare financial reports and contribute to budgeting and forecasting; Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement; Streamline and automate routine accounting tasks to enhance data workflows; Ensure compliance with internal controls and established accounting standards; Assist with audits by providing required documentation and support; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred; Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting; Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft D365); Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
