Job Description
Summary of Position
Performs duties to determines and specifies all production equipment, tooling fixtures, and processes necessary to investigate, monitor, and rectify any manufacturing deficiencies. Implements Lean Manufacturing philosophies in the area of 5S, JIT, TQC (Total Quality Control) and Total Preventative Productive Maintenance throughout the manufacturing facility
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborates with Design Engineering, Production Supervisor, and Group leaders for manufacturability ("Design for Assembly") of new products and participates in Design Reviews.
