Join Our Infrastructure Team as a Systems Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to help operate, secure, and evolve our hybrid infrastructure across Windows, AlmaLinux, and AWS environments. In this role, you’ll ensure our business-critical systems remain reliable, performant, and compliant with standards like PCI and SOC 2. You’ll take ownership of automation, monitoring, and incident response—empowering teams to innovate with confidence while maintaining operational excellence.

How You’ll Contribute

• Administer Windows Server (2016–2022) : AD, GPO, DNS / DHCP, IIS; manage patching and hardening
• Administer AlmaLinux / RHEL : systemd, SELinux basics, users / groups, storage, networking, patching
• Operate AWS : EC2, S3, EBS, ELB / ALB, VPC (subnets, routing, SGs / NACLs), IAM, CloudWatch (logs / metrics / alarms), backups / DR
• Build automation and configuration with Puppet; provision infrastructure with Terraform
• Monitor availability and performance with Site24x7; create / run runbooks; perform RCA and post-incident reviews
• Follow PCI DSS and SOC 2 controls : least privilege, change management, patch cadence, logging, access reviews, evidence collection
• Support application rollouts across dev / test / prod; participate in capacity planning and cost optimization in AWS
• Maintain documentation (standards, diagrams, procedures) and contribute to continuous improvement
• Participate in on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 3 weeks)
