[job_card.job_description]The Director, Surgical Services (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the Surgical Services Department including the Operating Rooms, Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy, Pre-Admission, PACU, and Central Sterile Will manage a team of 60+ FTE's and report directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer Well supported by a team of three (3) Nurse Managers A generous compensation package will be provided including choice of Medical / Dental / Vision plans, 403b match, tuition reimbursement, short and long term disability, Paid Time Off (PTO), and much more! Generous sign on bonus is available to the successful candidate Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required / Master's degree preferred RN Active License Minimum three (3) years of progressive surgical services / operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services / operating room setting Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required CNOR preferred Transformational and inspirational leadership style
