• # Job SummaryThe Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Salesforce environments, primarily focusing on Sales and Service Clouds. This role requires extensive experience in customizing and automating Salesforce solutions to address business needs, coupled with strong capabilities in user support and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and / or Marketing Cloud, ensuring a comprehensive approach to our Salesforce ecosystem.## Essential Functions
• Leads Salesforce initiatives with an emphasis on Salesforce best practices and scalability for future growth.
• Delivers complex end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions including, but not limited to Service & Sales cloud-specific features / functionality.
• Collaborates on key projects to determine business alignment, needs, and system requirements.
• Participates in solution design, research, decision-making, and testing.
• Tracks work progress / status, identifies risks / constraints, and shares / escalates issues as necessary.
• Troubleshoots and resolves advanced user issues as they arise.
• Thoroughly document work for reference, troubleshooting, and future iteration.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, recommending improvements and updates.
• Review and provide insights on quarterly releases, testing new functionalities, and suggesting enhancements.
• Develop documentation, presentations, videos, and related content to support user adoption.
• Guide business leaders and users in using Salesforce efficiently, maximizing productivity, and aligning with department goals.
• Lead and participate in system implementation projects, including requirements documentation, system configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification, and resolution.
• Integrate with the on-prem and external systems by REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL processes.
• Work closely with the Platform Integration team to identify the API communication, data elements, logic, and interface definitions.## Skills and Experience
• BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Administrator role, or 5 Years as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred
• Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting and interpretation through compiling large amounts of data into an understandable format to support problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform customization and automation
• Strong ability to evaluate 3rd party integrations and how they will impact overall system performance
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to support users effectively
• Ability to stay current with Salesforce updates and provide strategic recommendations
• Strong project management skills with experience in system implementation projects
• Superior communication skills with business stakeholders and execs
• Solid governance and technical documentation history
• Experience in implementing and migrating into new Salesforce and Mulesoft deployments### ### Nice to Haves :
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and / or Marketing Cloud
• Experience development and configuring Salesforce Community Sites with Experience Builder and the standard web development coding languages in HTML and JavaScript (ES5 standard)
• Practice creating new automated processes using tools like SFDX, Gearset, Github
• Working knowledge of Web Service Integration using SOAP, REST, OData, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ with implementation expertise## Work Environment :
• Hybrid, working in a typical office environment in downtown Ft. Lauderdale
