[job_card.job_description]Experience : 1+ year in shipping / receiving or warehouse operations . (pallet / manufacturing experience a plus) . Tech Savvy : Familiarity with TMS / WMS or inventory management systems a plus . Software Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) . Strong Attention to Detail : Ability to track shipments and spot discrepancies . Communication & Organization : Work well with internal teams and external partners . Process and verify incoming shipments-ensure everything matches work orders. Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule . Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records-digital logs & documentation . Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with carriers and drivers . Be the main point of contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors . Use inventory management software (COLT / Blue Yonder) to optimize workflow . Perform pre-shift door checks, assign loads, and coordinate with forklift drivers . Ensure compliance with safety and company policies (OSHA, MSDS, etc.) Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed .
