Position Details

Long Beach Day Nursery (LBDN) is growing our early childhood teaching team. We have full-time Infant / Toddler Teacher positions available at both of our branches! Please see our website for exact locations. If you are passionate about working with children, look no further!

Our teachers have the important responsibility of instructing children in developmentally appropriate activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for child development. You will have the opportunity to supervise and assist children with general routines, such as feeding, mealtime, diapering, and potty-training activities. You will also prepare lesson plans, maintain an organized environment, and update all educational equipment and materials. Teachers supervise the assistant teachers, teacher aides, substitute teachers, ROP students, interns and volunteers.

Full-time, pay range $18.00 - $22.75 per hour depending on education, experience and permit level.

Schedules range from 7 : 15am - 5 : 15pm
