Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Perform tasks designed to maintain documentation/computer records that reflect accurate location and quantity of materials, products and equipment. Ensures company's guidelines on proper stock rotation are followed. Ensures in-house orders, customer orders and backorders are processed according to customer specifications and plant procedures. Ensures outboard information maintenance is accurate and current.

Primary Duties:

• Process customer orders including releasing Hots, backordering and working holds
• Material variance investigations, order picking process support
• Assisting with inventory control (Discrepancies, physical Inventory)
• Allocation of product for Stock/ Export Shipping
• Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

1. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills

2. Extremely Detail Oriented

3. Ability to handle ever changing, multiple priorities.

4. Team Player

5. High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent

6 Experience using Oracle, Excel, Precision or similar transportation software is a plus
