Primary Function

The Warehouse Specialist performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.

Essential Duties

• Responsible for inventory control and maintaining accurate material records.
• Coordinate the timely flow of goods from suppliers and vendors to end-users.
• Utilizing inventory management systems and other relevant software to manage and track supplies.
• Identifies and procures shortfalls and proactively manages the supply program.
• Monitors stock asset levels and ensures adequate stock is available to support operations.
• Adheres to all company operating procedures and quality management system requirements.
• Assists with preparing facility and equipment for semi-annual third-party audits.
• Ensures safe operations throughout the facility
• Other duties as required by the Hangar Operations Manager.
