Key Responsibilities
Lead client consultations to define business and technical requirements for complex projects
Execute project plans by coordinating technical tasks and ensuring timely completion
Provide technical support during all project phases and assist in issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Seven years of experience in the payment processing industry
Five years of experience in business or system analysis
Three years of client-facing project support experience
Experience with card processing conversions and data migration
